Sugar or Sugary Foods: Avoiding sugar altogether is not a good option as it's the most common & immediate source of energy. Rather than ditching sugary foods, you can consume them in small amounts to maintain your perfect weight and youthful skin.
Apples: An apple a day keeps the doctor away because of its high content of iron and pectin. But eating it at night could be a bad option for some since pectin is hard to digest. It may lead to acid reflux.
Heavy Meat (like mutton and beef): Again you shouldn't have it in your dinner since its a very heavy food and not easy to digest, which in turn leads to weight gain.

Cucumber: It's mostly water & contains valuable source of minerals such as potassium which have endless health benefits. But it also contains 'cucurbitacin' which triggers indigestion & excessive loss of fluids in certain people. So say no to it at night.
Pulses and Beans: They're super healthy foods because they're rich in antioxidants, high fiber, protein, and minerals. They're good for your heart and decrease the risk of diabetes. But having them at night can cause gastric problems to some people.
Curd: Nothing could be better than having curd with meals because it's benefits are countless. It cools down the body and keeps the digestive tract healthy. On the flip side, it can lead to mucus formation, thus leading to cough and cold.
Rice: It is considered magical food in Asia. It is loaded with Vitamin B2 or riboflavins which is essential for energy production. But serving it on your dinner plate is a bad option because it is mostly carbs which may gain you some extra kilos.
